Laurent Lejeune started his carreer in 1994 as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.In 1997, Laurent became Marketing Manager at Belgacom/Proximus where got promoted in 2001 to Brand & Strategic Communication Director. In 2003, Laurent became Managing Partner at Duval Guillaume. Before being named CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network in January 2016,worked Laurent 3 years as Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Director Key Accounts at Truvo (pagesdor.be)

Laurent's main hobby is triathlon and ultra-distance trail running competitions.

Philippe Cavadini

Philippe Cavadini

CFO

Philippe started his career in 1981 with Arthur Andersen. He was Senior Audit Manager when he left end 1989 to join Apple Computer for 3 years where he was responsible for Finance and Operations. Since then, he spent 24 years in the communication world with Ogilvy and WPP (until 2000), inside IPG as CFO of Initiative (until 2017) and then launched Mediabrands. He joined ZenithOptimedia in early 2012 to actively participate as CFO to the turnaround of the agency, with also the launch and development of Performics. As CEO, in 2015, he further developed the digital links with DigitasLBI and concentrated on HR and Trading activities. Passionate of media and communication he joined Dentsu Aegis Network in late summer 2016 as CFO.

Philippe is passionate by sports (in 2005 he obtained a Master in Sports Business Management): actively doing Mountain Bike and Trekking, he is also swimming official, organized twice the Swim Belgian Championships. And also collector of watches, pop and rock music CD’s, and comic strips (and as CFO, not only Largo Winch ). If you see him designing Gaston or Nemo during a meeting, be careful about his real interest!

HR Director

Guissou has been working in HR functions since 1999. She has worked in several sectors to broaden her HR knowledge and to develop soft HR as well as hard HR skills. She has been active in the consultancy for more than 12 years and has lead two major entities at Mercui Urval. She has decided to leave the consultancy world to join Canon as HR Manager in 2014. She has joined Dentsu Aegis Network in November 2016.

DIDIER ACKERMANS

DIDIER ACKERMANS

Strategy, Innovation and Communication Director

Didier is passionate about 360 degree strategic advice, digital, consumer insights, creativity and innovation. After having spent more than 17 years in several communication groups such as Euro RSCG, Rapp Collins and Ogilvy, he joins Dentsu Aegis Network in 2008, where he successfully supports the growth of all digital activities. Since 2016 Didier is in charge of Strategic Planning, Innovation and Communication for Dentsu Aegis Network.

A director with a strong background in Digital and solid experience in Digital Transformation and Product Innovation in the Belgian and International market. Entrepreneur involved in two startups. Lecturer at the Solvay Business School. International speaker.

Benjamin Sekkai

Benjamin Sekkai

Commercial Director

Benjamin has spent most of his career in sales departments. Prior to his rebirth in the Media industry, he worked for 5 years in HR consulting companies in Belgium and the Netherlands, spending most of his time on the road. Between 2006 and 2013 he has been active as an account manager for RMB and SBS Belgium both in television and digital advertising. From 2013 until 2016, he led the advertising sales teams of of both Microsoft and Clear Channel in digital and OOH. He joined Dentsu Aegis Network in October 2016 as  Commercial Director.

Managing Director Amplifi | Dentsu Aegis Network

Alessandro joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2000 as TV expert for Carat before launching Insight TV, a department specialized in planning, insights buying and guidance. He then created the Broadcast department, integrating all the audiovisual competences, and developing trading, productivity and know-how inside the group.

Sabrina Van Cutsem

Sabrina Van Cutsem

Managing Director Vizeum

Sabrina studied marketing. She started in 1996 in the media sector as TV and radio buyer, but spent most of her carreer in media planning, both in media and creative agencies. She started in 2011 as Client Service Director at Dentsu Aegis Network before becoming, in 2017, managing director of Vizeum. She loves the dynamics of the communication sector and enjoys the teamwork with different agencies around a briefing.

Bruno has spent more than 25 years in marketing services with a focus on Research, Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence and Consumer understanding. Since 2014, Bruno manages Carat after having launched Carat Expert, Carat Interactive and Deepblue. Bruno is lecturer at universities and different professional associations.

Vincent joined Dentsu Aegis Network in March 2016 and is charge of the IT department, overall project coordination, facilities, legal and compliance.  Vincent has 15 years of experience in different IT consulting and Operations roles in which he focused on delivering effective business results.

After having spent years in commercial and marketing positions in IT, home- and building automation and web analytics companies, Tim joined iProspect in 2008 where he started as search strategist and quickly evolved to senior digital strategist, before being appointed Managing Director of iProspect Belgium in 2014.

After starting his career in ICT as an account manager some 12 years ago, Corentin joined the media & communications industry with iProspect as a SEM strategist. Growing in a fast-paced digital environment allowed him to evolve, over the years, to managing the full digital strategy of performance-oriented clients, with an increase in commercial responsibilities. Now acting as head of AMNET Belgium, his goal is to provide best-in-class programmatic & data services to our clients and help our group achieve its 100% digital by 2020 objective.

Following a professional career in different sectors, Sandrine started at Roularta Media as National Account Manager for local media in charge of Media Agencies, retailers and automotive advertisers. End 2007 Sandrine joined the Dentsu Aegis Network where she took the position of Head of Local Focus.

In 1993, Wim created his first company “No Limits”, pioneer and market leader in the organization of ski holidays for Belgian students. 5 years later, he sold the company and created NewWorld, recognized in Benelux as a ‘360° live communication agency’, acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2013.
